  • Develop coping skills: We'll work on developing coping skills that help you manage stress and improve your emotional regulation, such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and positive self-talk.
  • Engage in activities that bring you joy: I'll encourage you to engage in activities, hobbies, or volunteering that align with your values and bring a sense of fulfillment and meaning to your life.
  • Practice gratitude: We'll work on developing a gratitude practice that helps you focus on the positive aspects of your life and cultivate a more positive outlook.

That's why we offer 45-minute in-person sessions, which can take place at a location of your choice, depending on your residence.
